The purpose of the Managers is to write a well-balanced portfolio composed of Aviation risks from Africa and Asia.
It is their concern to write facultative business with adequate terms.

CLASSES OF BUSINESS
FAIR Aviation Pool writes all classes of aviation for inwards
- 1- Aircraft Hull and/or other business allocated to Hull
- 2- Aircraft liabilities such as Third Party Liability, Passenger Legal Liability, Freight Cargo and Mail, Legal Liability, Airport Owners and Operators Legal Liability, Refueling, Product Liability
- 3- Passengers Personal Accidents, Aircrews, Air Operators, VIP, etc., such as Automatic Covers, Admitted Covers, Coupon Insurance
- 4- Loss of use, consequentiel loss Insurance in respect of partial loss
- 5- Loss of License Insurance for pilots, Flying engineers
- 6- Cargo and/or Baggage Insurance
- 7- Contingency insurance in respect of good records
TERRITORIAL SCOPE
SCOPE OF UNDERWRITING IS LIMITED TO AFRICA AND ASIA
Facultative: Mainly national airlines, executive jet fleets, helicopters, airports, etc.The share required depends on the size of the airline. The war coverage is accepted if offered as a package with hull risks and liabilities.
Treaty business: is accepted on a selective basis.
